National Legal Support Services Service Rates

1st Tier Rate Plan – $65.00 for all of Maricopa County* excl. these areas; Buckeye/Gila Bend/Casa Grande/Eloy/New River – $85.00 ( rates are per address)

NOTE; All additional serves/same address please add $10.00 per serve (if subservice is available) otherwise full charge on serves not done at the same time as the 1st. All out of County serves are a flat $85.00 except Lake Powell which is $100.00

2nd Tier Rate Plan – (4 zone)$55.00 (Central Phoenix)$65.00, $75.00-$85.00- (Buckeye/Casa Grande etc.) (rates are per address)

Service Standards; 3-4 attempts for all service; All service to be attempted within 24 hours upon receiving them; Complete Diligence on bad addresses; Daily updates (if desired by client)

OUT OF STATE PROCESS SERVES – $25.00 plus mailing cost (your preference) ** This is a service charged tacked on to out of State service cost, which is ususally $65.00 or less, for 3-4 attempts.

FILINGS (Local) Maricopa County Superior Court/Phoenix. Municipal Court/ Downtown Justice Courts/NE Justice Courts/Glendale Municipal Court $25.00 (Min. Base Fee) (up to 5 cases-add $2.50 for each additional case. (we will waive all additional fees if clients total billing for the month exceeds $5000.00 **Advance Fee Cost- 5% for all services**

For Tolleson, NW Justice Courts, Chandler/Gilbert/Mesa Courts$ 35.00; For Buckeye/Goodyear/E. Mesa Justice Court/ $45.00

OUT OF COUNTY Filings – Pinal County- $75.00/ Yavapai/Gila-$125.00/Coconino/Pima/La Paz/Graham/Mohave/Yuma/Cochise/Greenlee/Apache/Navaho-$250.00; Santa Cruz-$300.00

NOTE: If you wish for us to mail out your out of County or State filings- the cost is $25.00 plus you must have a FED EX, DSL, or UPS account #

RESEARCH (LOCAL) $25.00 – Base Fee (does not iclude mileage or wait time)

RESEARCH (AZ. Out Of County BASE Fee $25.00 (does not incl. mileage or wait time)

SURVEILLANCE – $50.00 per hour for all of Arizona (does not incl. Serve cost)

Skip Tracing – $50.00 Base Fee / Private Investigations – ie; background checks, photo surveillance- (contracted out to affiliates)

Deliveries – Standard-Base Fee-$25.00 (1-4 legal boxes) Rush- $30.00 minimum / Asap-$35.00 minimum (not incl. mileage)
